Does anyone know of a package or IPAS or anything that will allow you
to render to an MPEG stream for playback via an MPEG board like the
REEL Magic? Even if it took a sequence of JPG's TGA's or whatever
and converted it to MPEG overnight? This would allow real-time
playback of flics on the PC at very high quality for minimal cost
(less than that of a VGA 'Accellerator Card' that play back slow 'n
'jerky) If anyone knows of anything I would love to hear about it!
