Actually the tube, if measured outside the case, is what the tube
maufacturer calls 14" but the "viewable area" is specified by
Mitsubishi spec sheets as 13"
Guess which figure is most commonly used by hot-to-trot salesmen in the
computer industry? If I am as honest as you want me to be I lose sales to
the guys with the great new 14" Mitsubishi 1381AWW. You can't win.

No argument on that, probably the best low cost monitor for the Amiga with
it's composite input and a good match for AGA. I wish I could get more of
them.
