Animotion Development Corporation, a growing multimedia application developer/publisher, is looking for someone to head the sales and marketing efforts for our company. We currently have two products, MCS CDMaster and MCS Stereo, in the marketplace, with distribution through Ingram-Micro, Kenfil, Baker & Taylor, and other distributors; a retail presence in CompUSA, Computer City, Egghead Software and others; as well as a strong international presence in Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Australia. We've announced three new products that begin shipping in April, as well as a three-year exclusive technology agreement with QSound Labs of Canada for their patented multidimensional audio technology, as used by leading artists such as Madonna, Paul McCartney, Sting, etc.,etc. MCS Stereo, our flagship product, won the "Sound Editing Software" category of Multimedia World's Reader's Choice Awards, as well as placing as a finalist in the "Best Creative Tools" category (we beat Microsoft's Video For Windows, but lost to Macromedia's Action). Our products have had favorable reviews in MMWorld, New Media, Windows Sources, Windows Magazine, and others. We also license our software to substantial OEM accounts, including IBM, Logitech, Future Domain, Diamond Computer Systems, and others. The ideal candidate should have heavy experience in OEM and retail sales in the aforementioned channels and know how to "get in the trenches" with an aggressive, boot-strap company.
