CADalyst Magazine and A/E/C SYSTEMS 94 Present the 5th Annual CADDIE Awards: CALL FOR ENTRIES Once again, CADalyst Magazine will honor the best 3D artists and animators who use Autodesk software in their work. Each year, CADalyst recognizes artists and animators for their innovative use of Autodesk software in the design and creation of 3D images. Enter your work today and give us the opportunity to put your talent on display. Two Divisions: Still Images and Animations. Each category has seven divisions: Practicing Professionals, Presentation Professionals, Business or Theatrical Release, Independent Artists, Full-time Faculty and Graduate Students, Full-Time Undergraduate Students, Special Category–Derivative/Affiliated. JUDGING Entries will be judged on artistic merit, orginality, technical quality, and the creative use of Autodesk software. DEADLINES AND DATES Entry deadline 5:00 p.m. May 3, 1994 Awards and prizes will be handed out during A/E/C SYSTEMS 94 on Tuesday June 21, 1994 in Washington DC. Winners will be notified prior to A/E/C SYSTEMS. We're still confirming sponsors, but as of today (3/25/94) some of the confirmed sponsors include: NEC Technologies, Panacea, Inc., RenderStar Technology BV, 3D Artist Magazine, Eclipse Software, Schreiber Instruments. Each of these sponsors will provide prizes for CADalyst to award to the winners.
