You live in a country were the leaders are elected by the democratic, two or more party process. Everybody who is over 18 can vote if they choose. Hilter was not really voted in. I think if you were to get hit over the head on the street for your wallet or a member of your family the victim of some violent action you would be on the phone demanding the "State" intervene, in others words the police. You seem to believe that knowone has the right to own land but if you find a valuable mineral specimen on that land you have a right to sell it for your own profit or keep for your own personal enjoyment and those others whom you alone chose. It is true there are some bad, incompetant, and self serving people in government. But on the whole I don't think they do a bad job. The forest service, employess of the BLM, and the USGS are basically good people trying as best the can to do a good job. A good way to intimidate people into keeping silent is to stick some ugly label on them, call them racist, Nazi, commie, faggot etc. It doesn't work with me. Doesn't really make any difference to you does it! The bottom line is you want to do whatever you want, the hell with anyone else interests. Thats what the Nazies did. Tried to kill anbody who got in the way. I think Mr. Schachtm that you see the people in the world in the following manner, those who agree with you and all the rest who are in your view,assholes.
