Display card is compudyne truecolor vga – vesa compatible.
Frame buffer is targa+ 64.
I should also note that the vga card has been changed since installing 3ds3.
The problem existed with both cards. The first card was
a photon ultima.
It sounds like your Targa card and Phar Lap are competing for the same address
space. I'm sure one of the Targa/hardware jocks here on the forum can tell you
how to use QEMM to fix that.
