I am running in to an error message in modeler quite often on my A4000 with 16meg of Ram, and a Warp Engine. The error message is "Attention! Internal buffers too small for requested operation. What does this message mean and is there a way to increase the size of my internal buffers. (That sounds nasty). I have seen this message before but just found another way to complete what I wanted a different way. Recently, I have been getting this message while I have been trying to do a boolean subtraction of one object with a 135 polygons from a larger object with 69 polygons. (I am attempting to etch an inner border around my larger object.) I'm sure someone else has experienced this problem before so any help would be appreciated.

It's a documented bug with the boolean operators. There's a patch available. It's probably in the libs here. Kent
