#Writing IPAS
5 messages in this thread
Greetings,
Our Imaging Manager has been working with 3D Studio since release 1. Over the
years, we've been impressed with the functionality that has been built into
this product. However, there have been times that he's wished for certain
functions; such as when he needs to adjust several hundred spotlights at the
same time. As a result, we're now looking into developing IPAS procedures to
accomplish what we need.
We are in possession of Borland C++ 3.1 (and Turbo C++ 3.0) and the Phar Lap
286 Kit. Will either of these tools be usable by us in developing IPAS modules?
If not, what are the recommended development kits?
Thanks in advance,

I'd like to add that there now is an alternative to writing 'C' IPAS Plug-In's
that is worth reviewing. Please review the following file and please Browse the

Jonas,
Thank you for the information. I had already found MOVLIT.ZIP and I'll look at
the rest of the files you have recommended.

Jonas,
You're the one stop info shop.
Not only do you answer a question,
You tell
what(description), where(forum), when(posting date), how(IPAS,TSE,etc.), and
who(programmer).
Great job!!! Keep it up!
