We know that there are some easy to use 3-d packages out there that are used for kitchen layouts and other home building products. We are wonder if any of you guys/gals could give us some names and if possible some numbers. thank you!

Almega, >> We know that there are some easy to use 3-d packages out there that are used for kitchen layouts and other home building products. GO ACAD to get to the AutoCAD forum; you'll get lots of replies there. John

HI, PMJI, I am a drafter, at school we used an ACAD ADD IN (ASE I belive) call Auto Arch. As I recall it did stairs formulas and converted them in to 3D or 2D or both. It has lots O' options such as Hand rails rise/run and it made nice 3d models.

It will be ported to windows this summer. If you are interested, please let me know via CserveID 74710,3061 CAS Peter Klose Berlin or via FAX ** 49 30 7074018 regards Peter
