Perhaps I misunderstood your request. If information is what you are seeking, I would suggest commercial publications which, I would assume, are available in your country. There is a newsletter exchange service but I am not involved so I don't know exactly how it works. I hope you won't take this as a negative comment but you ARE several thousand miles from Portland, Oregon, USA.

Articles are available for your downloading from Library 14 with file extension .NXP. The file NXPLST.TXT is an index to all available files so far. -dave
