I was at CES, but didn't spend much time at the CBM booth. They had a
reasonably sized booth, and were primarily showing CDTV's, but also had a
few Amigas as well. Not much new technology was being shown. The main
"new" things were displays of the CDXL technology along with the DCTV
add-on for the CDTV. They were also showing the A690, which is the CDTV
add-on drive for the A500. No date/pricing was announced for the A690, nor
was a similar product for Zorro II/III configurations mentioned.
I did not attend CBM's press conference (didn't find out about it until
after the fact) nor did I get a "press kit" from them.
That's about it.

So the DCTV device for cdtv is not going to be a standard included item
with it? If not then good luck on it getting much support at all.
Wish CBM would include somthing that as standard with all amigas and
cdtv's.
