David, the article I read about this was in c't magazine 6/93 page 156. c't is a more technical computer magazine in Germany, so the article is in German, too. In case you understand German and you can give me a fax number I am willing to fax the article to you. c't does provide their articles via some German mailboxes which I have never tried and which is also in German, of course. What the article says is that you can also add another SCSI "controller" to an existing SCSI chain as long as both controllers use different ID's. It also says that you have to be able to switch off "Term power" on one of the two controllers, I haven't figured out what this means yet. Couldn't you access the drive from the bridgeboard via the AMIGA side? I thought that is what bridgeboards are all about. I used to have the old XT-bridgeboard from Commodore which I threw out a couple of years ago. I think I could access AMIGA HD's and floppies from the PC side but I'm not so sure any more. There also is an EMail adress to reach c't magazine via the Internet; I don't have it handy right now but I might be able to get it for you if you need it.
