Kind of interesting, Kelly,
that you find time to pop in now – but weren't around for a discussion a few
weeks back about DevWare's questionable policies and support services.
I purchased CroutonTools months ago (at a substantially higher price than
it's selling for now) and was angered not to receive the 3D Module, but far
angrier when I couldn't get through to you folks by phone and you failed to
answer my faxes.
As far as I'm concerned DevWare is a fraud and I would strongly suggest that
anyone contemplating doing business with DevWare spend their money elsewhere.
I sure wouldn't buy anything from you DevWare again.

I've only ordered from Devware once but got everything I ordered at the price
they advertised it. My experience with them was AOK. Sorry to hear if yours
didn't go so well.

Oh, they shipped the product, Sean.
Except it wasn't all of the product.
And they're basicallly unaccessible by phone – unless you want to place an
order.
And they don't respond to faxes – and, oddly enough, they have no presence I
know of on any online service.
A couple of other people have encountered the same problem I did with Crouton
Tools. Now that I think of it, I'd appreciate those folks getting in touch with
me so we can all file a complaint with DevWare's local county attorney. Maybe
that'll get their attention.
After posting their sales solicitation, I kind of doubt we'll ever them
online again.
