Is there anyone out there that has found a SVGA to NTSC convertor that produces
pretty good "flicker free" output for under $500? There is a festival coming
up that I'd like to submit my animations that I created in Ani Pro 1.3. They
don't require broadcast quality but they like to see good VHS and/or SVHS
output. Incidently, the images are 640 x 480 full color.
