Hi All
The Company that I work at has a requirement for an animation.
It is of a frog hopping around on screen with some scrolling text.
It can be one of the following 2 formats.
a) simple 2D like the rabbit,hands and top hat animation in Animator or
b) 3D like stuff you normally need modellers/3d Studio to generate.
I need rough costings.

Regarding your inquiry for "rough costs" for this project, can you provide more
information? For example, length of animation, resolution, desired output
medium, and timeline?
I interested in your project, but need more of the above information before I
would feel comfortable giving you a cost estimate.

Hi Chris,
The time should be about 15 or 30 seconds and the animation saved in
Autodesk flick ( *.FLI )format. Resolution is 320 * 200 in 256 colours.
The nearest animations I can think of are the HANDS.FLI which comes with
Autodesk Animator, also HERBIE.FLI which is in the Autodesk forum.
What I propose is to have these 2 Animations taken into a meeting and used with
rough estimates. If the group decide to take it on, then a storyboard will
follow etc… We also need an idea of how long it would take for each scenario.
Time is not critical at this stage.
