Brian, For years I have been trying to sell the use of video to real estate
brokers/agents in the Toronto area, but in good times they say they don't need
anything better than their lousy B&W multi-listings, and in bad times (now!)
they say they can't afford it. I think real estate agents are the ones who have
driven up the prices in our area to the point where it will be impossible for
young people to have their own home. If your in the Toronto area – FORGET IT1

How have you tried to market them and what kind of prices are you quoting – and
for what – stills, full motion, length, city/area promotion?
Have you offered video on consignment? A free promotional video for the Broker?
Television coverage on leased access? As a selling tool? or as a listing tool?
