Does anyone know how to create more bridge slots in an A3000? Is there a tower case available that will allow me to expand? I'm getting very frustrated trying to get an external cdrom drive to work with my bridgeboard, as well as have sound and SVGA. Currently, I have a Cardinal Soundvision VGA/ADLIB SOUND/SCSI board. Unfortunately, the software driver (one of three) for the SCSI port locks up the 486 while loading. Their tech support stinks, they dont even have a clue what their drivers do. Also, ADLIB sound is a major bummer, no digitized voice for some reason. The two ISA slots just dont cut it, especially when one is occupied with my Goldengate 486. Carl

Carl, There is a tower case sold here in Germany that gives you seven slots total. Six of them are Amiga/PC slots. The tower costs 699dm. It doesn't come with a power supply either. The cost is mostly for the new daughterboard. Works great for me. I have one for my 2000 and 3000. (No additional slots for the 2000). If you want their address or number, let me know.
