Miriam, That should be the one. You will need this in your \windows\system directory to run properly. Dean Okna Tech

Hi, Dean. My problem is that the files I have are named as follows:ctl3d.bas, ctl3dv.000, ctl3su.arj. Are these ones I move to Windows\System? thanks. Miriam

Miriam Look for a file ctv3dv.dll and rename it to ctv3dv2.dll. The other file names don't look familiar. Dean Okna Tech Support

March 11, 1995 Martine: I called Okna, left two messages for you, and sent a fax regarding printing envelopes in 4.1b address book. Once again, I have figured out how to get it done. Therefore, please remove me from your call back, fax back and E-mail back lists while you are so busy with the upgrade. I do like the way the program prints envelopes. It does a better job than my word processor. It does seem to me that envelope printing on a DeskJet is more difficult than on a laser printer, but with some persistence, I have solved the problem – margin sets. Thanks again. E- mail me when you are not so busy so I can learn how to use this program I have had for 4 or 5 years. Thanks, Pete
