Tracy: If you can't answer this maybe you can forward this to someone who can.
When I went to open entries, the residence information was not there on some.
For the most part, I only inputted residence information (because I don't have
many business numbers). Some entries are complete, but most have just the name
and number, but no addresses or other info I may have put in. This is true
whether I entered the info today or several days ago. Am I missing something?

I'm sorry about the delayed response time to your message. Tracy has left
Okna, and since your message was addressed to her it was almost overlooked.
If you enter residence information by first double-clicking on a line, there is
a bug that will lose that information. If you first enter a name and phone
number on the page, then go to Edit/Residence, the information will be saved.
That bug was fixed in version 4.1b, which is available here on the forum for
download.
