#updating phone book

Sorry about the previous message- just trying to figure out this program as
well. About my question for Okna, I was wondering if there is a way when
correcting a phonebook entry (ie. changing a number or a name or other data)
for it to copy into the topic pages as well as the regular phonebook. Its a
huge pain to change it in one place of the phonebook and then figure where else
it is and have to change that, What am I doing wrong? Thank You for your time.

Your message #69332 was originally posted without a User ID in Section 1 (Other
Vendors) of this Windows 3rd Party 'D' Forum ("GO WINAPD").
Based on its contents, I have moved it to Section 12 (Okna Corporation) and
forwarded it to the User ID on file for the Okna representatives at 71333,2161.
For best/fastest results in the future, I suggest you contact them directly and
in the correct section.
IF you have trouble posting messages, you may want to seek assistance wherever
your CompuServe access software is supported ("GO WCIMSUPPORT" if you use
WinCIM, for instance).

If the entry was cloned, all information other than that appearing on the
address book page will automatically be updated. Information on the actual
page must be changed manually.

Also keep in mind that the categories are not duplicated in the clone.
