For example, I constantly refer to my client's social security number. I want it to show when I double-click an entry to "View" the address record. and your reply: DRD> You can edit only phone descriptions in DTS address book on a per record basis. Highlight the entry that you want to change, go to dial/options and make changes as necessary. There are also custom fields that can be created; go to file/setup/custom fields. How do you amend the View layout to show these custom fields when you double-click on a page entry? Also, when printing records, is it possible to print the field names? TIA, Roy.

Roy, Custom fields don't appear in the View Window. It's a popular suggestion, so I wouldn't be too surprised to see it in a future version. When printing records, if you type the field names in the template they will print. There's no way to make DeskTop Set insert them automatically. Sincerely, Martine Carlson Okna Technical Support
