Okna Support: I am beta-testing Windows 95. I have had severe problems trying to print a "Combo Folder" in DeskTop Set, under Win95. What prints is a fairly normal page, except that it has completely black areas where (I think) shading would normally be. This renders most of the items on the list unreadable. I am having NO other printing problems with any other programs, so I think the problem is in how DeskTop Set is getting its brush, or pen, or whatever, to put shading on the form. Do you know what might be happening? Do you know how I might get the problem (temporarily) fixed so I can use DeskTop Set? Right now DeskTop Set is completely useless to me. This can't continue. Thanks for your help. Jim Link Flower Mound, TX

Jim, DeskTop Set directs the print driver to send combo folder information to your video driver, which calculates the graphical information and sends it back. It's probably a conflict between your video and print driver. Try selecting a video and/or print driver provided by Microsoft. Sincerely, Martine Carlson Okna Technical Support

Martine, Thanks for the help on printing with DeskTop Set under Windows 95. The Microsoft folks told me to try setting my printer driver to use "Raster" graphics rather than "Vector" graphics, which fixed the problem. I don't know what that means, but now I am able to print under Win95! Jim Link Flower Mound, TX
