Downloaded the upgrade, but I can't load it–I get insufficient memory messages. Seems odd, as I have 4 megs of ram and have explored every possible permutation of permanent swap file vs. free disk space with the 20 megs of space I have let over on my hard drive. Using a year and a half old Dell 486/25s–not exactly an esoteric setup–with current versions of all software, including windows for workgroups and dos. Seems odd that I should have insufficient memory to run the upgrade when the machine is unfazed by Word 6.0! Also, where are you on AOL? You make references to it, but I can't find you. one last thing–I was promised a $10 rebate after I found your product cheaper in the Hello America Catalog than what I had just paid direct. I think I have spent that much on the phone re-requesting it, but no follow up so far.

When do you get the insufficient memory messages? Is it during the install program or when you try to click on an icon? We don't have a company presence on AOL, but the update files are available in the Windows forum. Could you please e-mail your phone number so I can have Customer Service contact you about the refund? Thanks. Sincerely, Martine Carlson Okna Technical Support

We have had similar reports. Did you download the updated 2/27 or the previous. If the previous, then also download the patch1.exe file. Whom did you speak with regarding the refund? Emily in Customer Service usually handes this. Dean Okna Tech
