In the dialer program, I am required input my area code. When I dial a number
within my area code, the program strips out the area code and treats it as a
local number. In our area, long distance calls within our area code require
1+area code+number. I got around the problem by entering 999 as my area code,
but I am wondering if there is a solution that I am overlooking?
