I just downloaded the four patch files and applied them.
Import is broken, under both WinNT and WfW 3.11, when I import a small CSV
file:

The error is a GPF in DLWBC31.DLL at 000A:0541 or :0551. I've got 9,000 names
that need importing ASAP…
I'm still disappointed that File Doctor doesn't yield in a friendly way. Under
WinNT, you can't ALT/TAB between applications, although ALT/Esc task list lets
you select another app. It also seems that the Win16 execution sub-system is
somehow stalled when File Doctor is running, preventing me from running some
applications even if I can switch back to Program Manager. Do you test under
WinNT at all?
Also, where in the new help file are the "new networking changes" documented?
We are still aware of promlems in importing.
Look for patches on-line in the next several weeks.
We have not fully tested DST with Windows NT.
The true network version is still some time away.

I tried a few more things with Import. I found that if I hit "Ignore" on the
task error dialogs (under WinNT), that Import wouldn't die, and would in fact
import the data file, bringing me to the assignment screen with all the green
text. However, while trying to import a 9,000 record database, I eventually
got a "call to undefined dynalink" error, and it only had processed 84% of the
data, according to its own dialog.
The readme for the patched version says there are network improvements. What
are they? It was last summer when Okna said the network-friendly version was
going to be integrated in the next release, which as I understand it, has
slipped several times. One of the reasons I purchased DTS was this promise of
network-shared databases. Now, I'm stuck with copying 7-9 megs of data from
workstation to workstation, and only allowing one person to add records at a
time.
There's also a problem with "hidden" pages that we've seen in both the previous
and the patched version. For example, there's a "hidden" page 15 in the "W"
part of our book. You can get to it (sometimes) with an Find Exact, but you
can't arrow to it from W or X. When we File Doctor without packing, it says it
stops on W. If you like, I can send you this database.

It sounds like you may have found a temporary work-around. Try breaking the
database up into smaller files. Most people generally have problems when
importing more than 2000 records.
Regarding networking. This version will allow you to read and write to other
calendars and address books across the network even while thay are being
accessed by other users with unique serial numbers.
You need to run "enhanced" file doctor. hold down CTRL+Shift and go to
file/utilities/file doctor. This allows you to manually link the pages. Do
this for the ones that you are having problems with and then run file doctor
normally with all 4 options checked.
