I*m looking for a way to edit .ifl files. I've created them, but cannot seem to control how many frames to display each image during the animation. They just repeat one right after the other, even though I've been in the text editor and assigned a number to each image. Also, is it necessary to use the same file format when combining different .ifl files? Thanx to whoever can help.

Make sure you _save_ the modified file from the text editor before switching back to the keyframmer. <g>, What happens if you save the project file, quit and restart 3DS, and then try the project file again? Does it now follow the IFL list? >> Also, is it necessary to use the same file format when combining different >> .ifl files? I don't quite get the question but, it doesn't matter what program you save the IFL file from as long as it saves in ASCII format. Ralph

<<Also, is it necessary to use the same file format when combining different .ifl files?>> As long as you are typing the complete file name, including extension, you can put differrent file types in an IFL file. -b
