Hello- When I attempt to load a driver above 320×200 on my ATI MACH64, the image becomes confined to the top quarter of the screen and chopped into sections which are swithed left & right. Can you help? Thanks Jeff Blackwell Envision

Jeff, The animator at my old office hacked out the problem with Autodesk (I heard) and ATI.. if you'd like to contact him, his email address is markv@accesspt.north.net or dov@accesspt.north.net (if markv bounces). Good luck.

Thank you Dov- For anyone lurking, the answer _seems_ to be that the 'ATI' drivers for the "wonder" series cards are _not_ applicable to the Mach64 series. I solved my problem by loading the ADesk VESA drivers. They work fine, except AniPro takes a very long time (70 secs!) to load. I guess bottom line is. I personally wouldn't recomen the ATI card for use with AniPro. Thanks. Jeff

<< They work fine, except AniPro takes a very long time (70 secs!)>> Are you running EMM386? Jh

Yes Jeremy, I am running EMM. Should I not be? Thanks. Jeff

EMM386 can cause Animator Pro to take much longer to load than normal. Try disabling it and see what happens. Jh

Thanks, Jeremy. I'll try it. FYI, ATI support tells me they're working on a fix for long load times on DOS apps. Jeff
