Rick, did you try another paper with your Sj144? Make sure you use the paper
recommended by Star for printing. I found bad papers to actually result in the
problem you have. But then… you already have the printer some time and thus I
think you now this already… So, no info

Thanks for your letter. I have used different papers at times however at
the time of the fault I was using recoommended paper and had been for at least
a month before the problem. I was doing a project and was aiming for the best
possible result.
I have written to star asking for any info they could throw on the problem,
its too late for me but perhaps it could save someone else. As yet I have not
had a reply but I will post it up once recieved.
