Herb, as Tim mentioned an "encoder" at the minimum or an "overlay genlock" out to fill the bill. Many companies including a company called Viseonetics offer external encoders (SVGA-NTSC) with composite and Y/C outputs starting as low as $300 or so. Better quality encoders like the Communications Specialties, Inc. Scan Do Pro will provide a better signal, with hardware sooms, etc., but they can get pretty pricey. -John
