Are there any conversion programs for autodesk animators to
use some of the stuff ( flic. Tiles, etc)that is being made
available Autodesk Pro or 3d?

not sure what you are asking, but you could probably use AAPro's ANICONV
program to do any conversions *to* the old animator format. (I assume
that's what you were asking).
