Does anyone sell their older versions of Autocadd when they upgrade? I would like to have an autocadd and I am willing to purchase a used edition. Does anyone know of a source or anyone who wants to sell their obsoleted versions?

John: No – when someone upgrades, they have to send in their old serialized diskette. That means they can't sell their old copy. Evan

John, You can't do that. When you purchase (let's say) Release 10 and then Autodesk upgrades to Release 11, you don't "buy" a new copy of AutoCAD keeping the old one, you "trade it in" so to speak (upgrade). If someone does try to sell you an older release, your both breaking the law. By the way its AutoCAD not Autocadd. Nothing personal, that just a pet peave of mine. The Intergraph people around the office here do that and it peaves me off. Mark Scott
