Kathleen, I found a very strange bug (someday, I _must_ make it over to the Aldus forum) which incurred a printer error when attempting to print a 75 dpi TIFF file (it was late at night and I forgot to jot the number down, though). With the new Image Control, we've found (as I _think_ it states somewhere in the manual) that you get better LaserWriter representations from a 75 dpi TIFF file than from a standard 300 dpi TIFF file. This has only happened once, however, and I've successfully printed a number of 75 dpi files since then. (As my mother used to say, it's all in the way you hold your mouth). The Aldus rep is coming to our User Group meeting tomorrow night to show Illustrator '88 – I'll MacRecord the ooh's and ahh's (and the "Where's the text handling?!!??" jeers…). -Biff-
