We have an Artist 1 at our office. I contacted Control Systems approx.
a month ago on the premise that I would write a AUI driver. I was told
that they had developed a driver (but because of the memory limitations
I assume) found it drastically slow. About 3 minutes to display pop-ups.
They didn't say what kind of machine though.

Robert,
I'll look out for one. We're on the "get it as soon as it's out" list
for Control Systems drivers. Last I heard they weren't going to support
anything but the display list processors on AUI. I'll check in the morning to
see what's *really* coming down from St. Paul.
