the ACAD in Manufacturing seminar. Topic: Four applications of AutoCAD/CAM
1) Replacement of existing Minicomputer NC coding system with AutoCAD
and NC-Auto-Code. [Result: Faster NC, fewer errors] 2) Verification of PC
Drilling using NAC and ACAD. Review holes drilled
by CNC system for clearance checking. 3) Redundant but varied programming
for punch press. Increased
productivity from manual methods so much, able to expand CNC
operations with two more machines from one to start with. 4) Using
AutoLISP for true parametric CADD/CAM. Design input to NC
in just a few moments. Time permitting, NC-Auto-Code/Synthesis/AutoCAD:
