I am pleased to find your forum. I attempted a message on this
question earlier when the use of the system was new to me and am sure it was
garbled. As a new user we loaded all of the files needed for the acquisition
of screen fonts from the data libraries last week. Now that we have them I'm
concerned about use on our machine. We are running windows 386 on an AT
upgraded with an Intel Inboard 386. It has 7 megs of memory and, of course,
requires a different format for screen fonts than is required for old
versions of windows which ran on the 286. The Pagemaker Screen fonts had to
be converted using the newfont utility that came with windows. We are unsure
about what to do with the ones we have acquired from your library. Any help
you can give us is appreciated.
