I have been coming into this forum for over a year now and I downloaded
a few programs. They worked ok. Now I see most things arced and I don't have
any idea of how to get an arced program "DL'd" or what the term means. It is
mainly my fault as I don't log on very often any more as Compuserve dented my
"plastic money" pretty good for the first year until I became "unaddicted"
Nightly logons with my old systems.

Since you're an old hand at downloading, no problems await you. Get
ARC.EXE for the Arc utility (DL-4), and read ARC.HLP in DL-1 for instructions
on using it. (DL'ing is just short for Downloading. DL by itself is Data
Library)
