Beta Video Tape Clearance

I am getting rid of all Beta stuff. I have a collection of about 150
high quality Beta video tapes. Most have been used only once or twice.
There's a ton of wonderful viewing entertainment recorded on these tapes.
Or, you can simply use them for blanks. A few are still shrinkwrapped.
About 60% are L-500s, the rest are 750s. Most are Sony brand, with some
Scotch and a few assorted others (Fuji, Maxell, TDK). Nearly all are High
Grade or better in tape formulation. I'm interested in selling the whole
collection en masse to someone, but I'll consider selling a minimum of 10
tapes at a time per person till they're gone. L-500s are $6 per tape. L-
750s are $5 per tape. If you purchase them from me in person (I live in Los
Angeles) I'll reduce the price per tape by $1 each, since I won't have to
mail them. I want to clear this collection off my shelves, so I'm ready to

What is the difference between L-500's and L750's?

L-750's are/were 50% longer than 500's. The number refers to the length of
tape in feet. L-500's were 2 hours at the BII speed; L-750's were 3 hours
at the same speed. –MFW
