I have upgraded to Win 3.1…running the meidavision upgrade kit…for some
reason I can no long record sound trhough the microphone…when I speak
into the microphone the sound comes out of the speakers attached to the PAS
card…there is no sound recorded nor does the recroder indicate anythin
but a flat line…any suggesitons appreciated!!! Brick Susko
also, is there a reason that I can't run DOS applications using the sound
card under Windows 3.1….get a message that device already in use…again

I believe that MV supplies a mixer mini-app that by default has the
microphone input slider set to no input. Try and adjust the slider upward
and see if you get a mike input. Keith.
