David, We have MSCDEX 2.21 in Lib 4 already. I'll take a look at yours to see if it's a more recent date etc. Thanks for the upload! – Lupes

Sorry for the duplicate upload of MSCDEX 2.21… I did run IBMFF and looked for MSCDEX.* as a file name as well as MSCDEX as a keyword. When neither one showed up… Well, you get the picture… -David
