I would like to place a sampled sound in my Use-startup. How can I get the sound to be played automatically without the Sound Editor window pooping up? \\ ===>>> Angel Pagan <<<===//

Question: "…How can I get the sound to be played automatically without the Sound Editor window pooping up?…" Answer: Don't use the Sound Editor program. <grin> Angel, The Sound editor is not for playing sounds in the startup-sequence. It is for setting a sound for the Beep and/or Flashing of the screen by programs that support that feature. You need a sound player utility. Look over in Amiga-Arts libraries for one. Then put it in your C: directory or any other directory that has its path set in your s/sequence and use it in the user-startup sequence in place of the Sound Editor. I'm "pooping" out now, <g> Chris

Chris, Thanks. I'll stop by Amiga Arts and get me one. \\ ===>>> Angel Pagan <<<===//
