I've migrated all my business apps onto a PC-compatible (don't fret, my Amiga
is still quite well occupied…), and thus offer the following for sale:
Superbase Personal $25
SuperPlan (with dongle) $25
Service Industries Accounting $65
Excellence! (2.0) $25

(Prices do not include shipping.)
I think all of the above are well-known except for SIA. It's a professional
accounting package which targets service-oriented businesses, from car repair
to software consulting.
All software has been registered (I'm the original owner) and comes with all
manuals and original disks.
What does SIA include (Acct's Reicevable, General Ledger, etc…)
and what does it normally sell for?

SIA has five "books" (graphically represented as such): Purchases, Sales,
General Ledger, Inventory, and Jobs. (The latter is the real
service-specific function, which lets you associate inventory sales and
all pertinent charges with a specific contract or job.) General Ledger
includes accounts payable and receivable functions. The entire package,
while it provides a full audit trail and standard double-entry bookkeeping
functions, is based on performing as many functions automatically as
possible; for instance, posting a check automatically posts the
appropriate transactions against the indicated account against which the
check is charged and the checking account.
Last "lowball" price I noted (Creative Computers, I think) for SIA was
$109.00. According to Sybiz (the publishers), the latest version contains
some minor fixes (I think it's 1.0C, while mine is 1.B), but to what I
wasn't told. I've *never* had any sort of problem with the package.

Does it have a nice 2.0 "feel"?
Right now I have my customer base, inventory, and invoicing on a database
I made with superbase pro 4. Current finaces are handled by quicken on my
IBM side. I'm looking for an Amiga program that will do what quicken does,
and the extra accounting features that quicken doesn't. I'm looking into
making it with superbase…but do to the complexity and my lack of time, I
would rather not.
Does it have Arexx support? I would be able to interface it with my
superbase application.

WRT "2.0 feel," no, SIA is not a dedicated 2.0-style product, though I've
had no glitches with it under 2.0. It's been around, and I've been using
it, since 1.3 was the "latest and greatest" OS. And no ARexx support
either, I'm afraid- just solid accounting on the Amiga.

Actually, I tried to set eminently fair prices right out of the chute, to
eliminate the "haggle" step; I'm asking $65 plus shipping.
