If you are on the Standard Pricing Plan forums are $8 an hour at 1200/2400 and
$16 an hour at 9600 (24 hours a day).
If you are on the Alternative Pricing plan forums are $12.80 an hour at
1200/2400 and $22.80 an hour at 9600.
Those are the CompuServe rates depending on which plan you are under. Forums
are not surcharged in any way.
