Hi folks, I have a Toshiba 3401… which requires a caddy. Are the caddies generic or drive independent? I'd like to get some more caddies. Anybody know of a mailorder source for these caddies?

Calvin, They are drive independent, although absurdly priced. Check out the thread "Caddies" for more info. I guess it depends on how many you want to buy. -cjh

There's a list of sources and prices, not necessarily current though, in file laser3.txt in library #4.
