Finally, some success!
Everyone who's been having trouble installing OS/2 off the CDU-31A that's
attached to the Media Vision PAS-16 board, please take note:
Add the switch /W:0 to the DEVICE=MVSOUND.SYS line in your DOS CONFIG.SYS file.
Reboot DOS so that the driver is installed with this switch, then do a warm
boot with the OS/2 Install floppy in your A: drive and the OS/2 CD-ROM in your
31A drive. If you've followed the instructions in the README.31A file, you
should be able to install OS/2 off of the 31A.
