I checked at our public library, which is one of the 60 or so Federal Depository Libraries, and the government documents librarian said that she was not aware of the catalog of copyright entries being available; though she was very much aware of the Patents and Trademarks CD-ROM's, which have their own terminal and are available for use free of charge at any of the FDL's. >>Brad<<

Brad: The Depository libraries have nothing to do with the program, and it only indirectly relates to copyright reg. There is no master file of copyright registation directly, the file relates to those items which have been catalogued, either pre-or post-publication. Best – Rich Bowers
