Thanks Nick and Steve, lots of good thoughts. Don't have the time for much detail here on the flight tonight, but let me just restate the case that I feel the evolving national CADD Skill Standards will provide a LOT of what you are asking for in terms of clear direction for education from industry, some standard language, measurements, etc. and otherwise a LOT of clarity to what is currenly (as you note) a VERY confusing or just unknow picture. RE the instructional situation, we are working very hard and consistently on this one too. With Program Partner Training (PPT) Teacher Training, Triple-T (Training Teacher Trainers), upcoming Instructor Certification and the requirements of the ATC instructors in general. Do we catch them all? Of course not, but quality is clearly a top priority and is going no where else with us! Every one involved in training and education with Autodesk products should be working as hard as they can on their QUALITY and this will differentiate themselves from the others. Customers and "students" are a LOT smarter than some would have you believe and they WILL figure this out. We have the proof of this for years now. Anything with Autodesk's name on it will be required to be of top quality. wayne
