#editor/librarian
3 messages in this thread
Greetings from a new Compuserve user!
First question, to find out how these things work: does anyone out there know
where/if I can find an editor/librarian to get my A2000 (running 2.1) or my
A1200 on speaking terms with my much-loved Ensoniq SQ80?
More question will doubtless follow, but thanks in advance for an answer on
this one,
Niels Grundtvig Nielsen
Niels,
Check with the folks at Sound Quest, they have alot of midi
products that run on the Amiga. They are in Vancouver,Can.

Niels,
Dr.T's have a program called ESQapade (for ESQ'1 and ESQ'M?). I don't know
if that's any use for an SQ80. They also used to have a universal
editor/librarian called X-Or with profiles for just about any MIDI device
of any importance. Unfortunately, the program's author decided to sell the
rights to MOTU (Mark of the Unicorn, see their section in MIDICVEND forum)
but they seem to only continue the Windows (and Atari ST?) version(s) of
it. Look out for news in their section or adress Neil Lischner at MOTU
there. Maybe, if enough requests come in, they will revive the Amiga
version?
