I want to export a series of frames using NUMPIC as simple 1 bit black and white images for use as templates in Adobe Illustrator. Is there a way to save them as 1 bit PCX,TIFF, or BMP files? Thanks! D.B.

<<Numpic and 1 bit PCX,TIFF, or BMP files?>> Well, NUMPIC can output PCX, TIFF, or BMP files by going into the PIC pulldown menu, selecting Files, and Right Clicking on the highlighted PICTURE option. You can select PCX, TIFF, BMP with the current AAPro. As far as 1 bit, I do not think so. You can manipulate your palette so that you have GREYS only, etc., but they're saved as 256 colors with most colors being black. I may not understand your question though. Nik

This way, all the hard work is done for me, and I can use rasterized EPS files for the final animation. At least for now, Adobe Ill. only accepts one bit images as templates. Thanks for your response, D.B.
