BTW, upon rewatching RAISING ARIZONA, I must agree that it isn't all that
great. A few funny lines don't make a good film. I also rented THE FUGITIVE,
which I really enjoyed… I never saw the TV show, but the movie was good,
clean entertainment.
Re: Tony Scott directing TRUE ROMANCE: I never made the connection between him
and his father. Speaking of Ridley S, have you heard if he's doing anything
these days besides commercials? (I think he did that Miller Light race car
spot where the grandstand collapses).

Nope, haven't heard anything about him (Ridely) in a while. I'm keeping my
ears open, although he's done some real dogs lately.

"Black Rain" and "Someone to Watch Over Me" were pretty weak, "Thelma and
Louise" (his, I think) was all right, but not his stylized look. I imagine it
will be tough for him to ever top "Blade Runner" and "Alien".
