I am very dissatisfied (as are my clients) with the fonts in Animator PRO. I am
a registered user and would like to request shipment of the 1.3A upgrade.

Jeff,
We currently do not have a procedure for the upgrade to 1.3a for your font
problems. After Paul Lind's email on the subject, I asked to have the bug fix
upgrade (currently, this exists for some specific memory compatibility
problems) increased to include the fonts. It looks as though people are
amenable, but there has to be some preparation before this can occur.
We do not have official approval, we do not have a "part number" for the
components for the bug fix, etc. These are a few of the obstacles, so although
it looks good for honoring your request please hang on for a couple of weeks
while these changes occur and the kits get built.
Do not hesitate to send another message when you feel things are taking too
long, or you just want to enquire about the status, etc.
Finally, it would help if you filled out the bug form from the AAPro IG, since
we need to gather the data requested there. You can fax the form, if you wish,
to 415/507-5300.
